Welcome to Prime PhysioPrime Physio is a Specialist Therapy Centre run and owned by Andrew Galbraith a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in training and rehabilitation. Prime Physio specialises in neurological rehabilitation for all types of neurological impairments, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke , MS, Acquired Brain Injury and Transverse Myelitis are commonly treated at the centre. In addition to treating neurological conditions the centre also runs a Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic which is also Chartered Physiotherapist lead. We are located within the Melbourn Science Park at Beech House. Disabled parking spaces are located directly outside the centre and clients have use of the fully assessable restaurant ‘Blue Apple’ serving hot and cold breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Prime Physio has an extensive selection of rehabilitation equipment to maximise your potential following your injury. Functional Electrical Stimulation, Full and partial weight bearing platforms, Standing and gait therapy (walking re-education), balance and proprioception training. In addition we have a wide selection of adapted cardiovascular machines for clients to use. We also use eko-skeletons to walk and mobilise clients who have total or partial paralysis. Prime Physio is listed with all leading Insurance Companies and our physiotherapists are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health and Care Professions Council . We are also registered with Medico Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
